The Award for Personal Licence Holders Certificate. A one-day intensive course including licensing law, social responsibilities and drugs awareness that culminates in an examination. A mandatory condition to obtain a Personal Licence is for the applicant to hold an Accredited Licensing Qualification. The examination at the end of the course, the British Institute of Innkeeping Awarding Body, Award for Personal Licence Holders enables a successful candidate to hold such qualification.
